Stall holder information

Dear Exhibitor,

We would like to welcome you to the Eden Valley Business Show 2014. Please find below important information for the day.

Show Program:

  • 07:45-09:45 Breakfast Networking event with Guest Speaker
  • 10:00 Show opened by John Surtees
  • 10:30 Seminar - tbc
  • 11:30 Seminar - tbc
  • 12:30-14:30 - Lunch Networking with Guest Speaker
  • 14:30 Seminar - tbc 
  • 15:00 Golf & Castle packages
  • Tea and Coffee:

    Tea and Coffee will be provided free to all stall holders on presentation of their Exhibitor pass

    A Buffet lunch will be provided in the downstairs dining hall for those stallholders that have booked lunch. Note: the cost for up to 2 meals was included in the cost of the stall, if you require more you will have to pay.

    Unloading & Parking:

    Exhibitors will have access to the double doors on the side of the club-house. Please note there is a flight of stairs leading to the double doors providing entry to the exhibitors hall. Exhibitors can park next to this entrance for unloading equipment. Once unloading is finished exhibitors are requested to move their vehicles as soon as possible to the allotted parking area.

    Marketing Materials:

    Marketing/promotional material to be included in the delegate packs should be delivered to the Golf Club Reception Desk, no later than 1st July.

    Exhibitor Badges:

    You will be given Exhibitor Badges on the day. You will find these at your allocated exhibition stand space. You will need to show your ID Badge to the Hever Castle Golf Club Staff to obtain your lunch.

    Electrical Equipment:

    Power sockets are provided, please ensure that all electrical equipment is in a safe working condition (PAT tested).

    Any problems on the day please report to the Welcome Reception Desk and ask to speak to an event organiser.
